Partnerships with Professional Societies to Advance DEI&B

Goal:

Engage and partner with professional societies that have in place or are developing programming, advocacy, and resources to create synergy throughout our industry, leverage our combined efforts, and advance ACEC’s DEI&B mission and goals.

Draft Objectives:

1. Through the subgroup’s research and outreach to ACEC internal stakeholders, identify organizations with which ACEC has successfully partnered with or sees potential in partnering.
2. Establish a recommended budget for sponsorship of or membership in these organizations.
3. Develop communications and outreach plans with the organizations to promote and advertise joint opportunities.
4. Create metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of the partnerships and re-evaluate on a regular basis (timeframe to be determined by the subgroup).
