Professional Conduct Committee

 

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Committee is to review and recommend changes to the ACEC Professional and Ethical Conduct Guidelines and Disciplinary Procedures; and when formally directed, review alleged violations of the Guidelines, schedule hearings, and recommend appropriate action.

 

2022-2023 GOALS:

  1. In accordance with the ACEC Disciplinary Procedures, inquire, when necessary, into complaints made against a member that may provide cause for disciplinary action.
  2. Review the ACEC Professional and Ethical Conduct Guidelines and Disciplinary Procedures when necessary and recommend any changes that are appropriate.
