Since 1990, the Small Firm Coalition (SFC) has represented and advanced the business interests of small firms. SFC provides a valuable forum that focuses on the unique needs and challenges facing small firms.

SFC is the leading resource for small firms. We provide education, networking and advocacy to improve our members’ business success.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
The Small Firm Coalition is dedicated to improving and promoting the business interests of small engineering companies, helping them understand and thrive in current and future economic environments to achieve their professional and financial goals. We do that in three ways.
Advocacy:
- SFC advocates for improvement of the business environment for small firms, including active
participation and awareness of proposed legislative and regulatory actions affecting small firms
Education:
- Provides a forum where leaders of small engineering firms can interact with one another, with the goal of expanding their knowledge and skills in dealing with challenging business environments and limited resources
- Develops business education products/documents and seminars focused on specific needs of small firms
Networking:
- Provides opportunities for profession and business networking
- Provides a forum to develop solutions to the unique needs of small firm owners
