Virginia: Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow presented by Dr. Robert Holsworth

Virginia is a state that has been significantly transformed over the last half century. Bob Holsworth will examine the major economic, demographic and political trends that are reshaping the Commonwealth today and what it will mean for our future. He will explore what impact these trends will have on economic development, infrastructure needs, and public policy. The talk will also explore how the priorities of the Trump administration will impact the Commonwealth and the major issues that will shape the 2017 gubernatorial race.

Recruit Them and Retain Them: The How and Why presented by Danielle Aaronson of INNERWILL Leadership Institute

We all know it is important to hire the right people and we all know the struggles we go through to keep the good ones. In this interactive workshop we will get intentional about the expectations of our firm and how to embed them in our day-to-day practices with our people. With progressing our business performance and engaging our associates as the desired outcomes, we will examine how those practices align with the culture that currently exists and proactively consider our opportunities.
