Early Bird Registration ends Sunday, April 16th. 

The American Council of Engineering Companies intends to take photographs and video of this event for use in ACEC promotional material, print, electronic and other media, include the ACEC website.  By participating in this event, attendees grant ACEC the right to use any image, photograph, voice or likeness without limitation in its promotional materials and publicity efforts without compensation.  All media is the property of ACEC.  Media may be displayed, distributed, or used by ACEC for any purpose.

Registration is required for all participants and official badges must be worn to all functions. ACEC does not allow badge sharing.  All attendees must be registered as a separate individual to attend.

Information Regarding Online Registration:  After logging into your ACEC account you will be prompted to select your "Registration Type" from a drop down menu. Please select the title that BEST describes your registration type.

Full Attendee: The Full Attendee fee includes: the Welcome Reception and Dinner, Monday reception, four plenary sessions, two breakfasts, two luncheons, networking breaks, education and partner sessions, roundtables and access to the Convention App.  A separate purchase is needed for special activities and tours.

Group Registration Discount:  A group registration discount is available for ACEC members registering as Full Attendees: register two and get the 3rd 20% off.  To receive the discount, all attendees must be registered in one session using Group Registration.  

Reimbursement from ACEC Business Insurance Trust:  The ACEC Business Insurance Trust is offering a registration reimbursement for one member of a firm who is a member of the ACEC BIT for the ACEC Annual Convention.  For Full Attendees only.  Limited to one per firm.  A reimbursement form will be sent out to attendees after the Convention.  Attendance is mandatory for reimbursement.  

First Time Attendee: A special discount exists for ACEC members who are attending their first Annual Convention.  To check if you are eligible for the discount, select "First Time Attendee" as your registration type and the fee will appear if you are eligible.  If you are not, you will need to select a new registration type to continue.  

Young Professional Attendee: A special discount exists for members who qualify as Young Professionals (under the age of 35). To check if you are eligible for this discount, select Young Professional as your registration type.  You will be asked to provide your birth year if it is not already in our database.  If you are eligible, the correct fee will appear.  If you are not, you will need to select a new registration type to continue.

Daily Registration: In order to select Daily Registration Fees, you must select your Registration Type as "Daily Attendee”.  Daily attendees can only register for one day.  Daily attendee fees include meal functions, education and partner sessions and general sessions for that day. 

Forum Registration:  If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type.  This is limited to members of the Legal Counsel Forum.

Guest Registration: The guest registration will follow optional event selection. Fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own. Guests must register in order to participate in any activity. The guest fee includes the Welcome Reception and Dinner and Monday Evening Reception as well as the Guest Hospitality Lounge open on Monday and Tuesday mornings. If guests wish to attend concurrent sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special events, tours, and EEA Gala.

Full Attendee Cancellation Policy: Full registration less a $225 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Sunday, May 21, 2023.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm.  Written notification must be sent to meetings@acec.org. 

Daily and Forum Cancellation Policy:  Daily and forum registration fees less a $150 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Sunday, May 21, 2023.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same member firm.  Written notification must be sent to meetings@acec.org.

Guest Cancellation Policy:  Guest registration fees less a $75 processing fee will be refunded, if written notification is received on or before Sunday, May 21, 2023.  No refunds will be granted after this date.  Written notification must be sent to meetings@acec.org.

Attire:  Attire for the 2023 Annual Convention is business.
