The American Council of Engineering Companies of Wyoming (ACEC of Wyoming) is a member organization under the umbrella of ACEC, a national coalition of engineering and surveying firms with chapters in all fifty states. Currently there are sixty-two companies that are members of ACEC of Wyoming, and these companies employ over 700 Wyoming residents. Nationally, over 5,000 companies are members of ACEC.
Membership in ACEC and ACEC of Wyoming requires a firm to make a dedicated commitment to abide by the ACEC Professional and Ethical Guidelines. These guidelines are tailored specifically to companies offering professional engineering and surveying services.

The Wyoming Public Works Standard Specifications (WPWSS) are published by the Wyoming Public Works Council (WPWC) which is comprised of the Wyoming Association of Municipalities (WAM), the Wyoming County Commissioners Association (WCCA), the Wyoming Contractors Association (WCA), and the American Council of Engineering Companies of Wyoming (ACEC of Wyoming).
