Join ACEC Alaska for the 2024 Annual Meeting on April 17th. AEC leadership coach and author, Leo MacLeod, will share a step-by-step approach to helping your staff grow as leaders, including:
- Understanding the barriers to professional development
- The role the principal can play in mentoring and supporting PMs development
- How to engage the PMs to take ownership over their career.
- How to develop independent decision-makers by coaching with questions.
- The role of mentoring, do’s and don’ts
- What PMs can do become more strategic thinkers
- What kind of support and training is most effective in developing leaders
In this 90-minute interactive presentation, Leo will share case studies and strategies gleaned from 20 years of working with all levels of leadership in the AEC industry.
